DIY has announced that the winner of the 2007 Blog Cabin Sweepstakes is Joyce Bennett, a grandmother who worked at the First Tennessee Bank before retiring. Joyce has said that she is looking forward to spending Christmas at the beautiful Smoky Mountain retreat with her three children and two grandchildren. The good news for those of us who didn't win is that DIY is already working on a Blog Cabin for 2008. I’m starting to wonder if the Scripps Network sweepstakes are rigged. Am I the only one who thinks it’s an amazing coincidence that the winner of the blog cabin lives less than 50 miles away from the cabin and Scripps Network Headquarters? Just a thought.
