Every year, the HGTV team looks for a setting for its Dream Home that is as unique as the home itself. Previous settings have included the Napa Valley, the desert of New Mexico, the mountains of Utah, and more.

The previous Dream Home locations list is in error when showing the Winter Park home in CA (California) when in fact it is in Winter Park CO (Colorado.)

Kentucky, it is a beautiful state. Around Lexington KY the land and the horses are both beautiful. It’s a place you could live away from everything, yet still be right in the middle of it all in a matter of minutes.
Tue next Dream Home Location should be in the. Thousand Islands in Upper New York State on the St. Lawrence Seaway. An extraordinary venue, fabulous places to visit, crystal clear waters, unspoiled and charming.
Check out Cordillera Ranch in Boerne, TX (just outside of San Antonio). It is an awesome hill country venue. One look, and you will be sold!
