5 semi-finalists from each state will be chosen by public vote. One entry per state will be chosen from among the semi-finalists by public vote. The finalists will then compete for the grand prize by finding bargains online. The entrant who finds the best bargains will win.
The winner agrees to commit to blogging on CheapSally.com 2-3 times a week for a year about bargains and discounts.
