Additional Comments:
To enter, submit your best original potato salad recipe. The recipes must include cold or warm cooked potatoes, a dressing/sauce base, and any other ingredients you would like to add.
Entries will be judged on the basis of appearance, taste, and originality to go on to a cook-off. The cook-off will pit the five winners of this contest (the Consumer Series) against competition BBQ teams (Competitor Series) at the World Food Championships in Las Vegas.
