Create a Super Bowl ad for Doritos and you could win one of five finalist prizes of $25,000 and a trip to the Super Bowl, or one of two grand prizes with a chance to win up to $1,000,000 in Doritos' Crash the Super Bowl Ad Contest on Facebook. Sweepstakes Prizes:

Finalist Prizes (5): $25,000 cash and a trip for 2 to Super Bowl XLVII on February 3, 2012 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Trip includes airfare, a five-night hotel stay, free Super Bowl tickets, and ground transportation. (ARV: $31,000)

Grand Prizes (2): The grand-prize winner will have his or her commercial aired during the Super Bowl. If the ad places in the first three spots in the USA Today Ad Meter rankings, the winner will receive a bonus of $1,000,000 for the #1 spot, $600,000 for the #2 spot and $400,000 for the #3 spot. (ARV: up to $1,000,000)

Grand Prize Optional Opportunity: The winner whose video ranks highest on the USA Today Ad Meter will be invited to join movie director/producer Michael Bay as an unpaid independent contractor on the set of the next Transformers movie. (ARV: there is no monetary value associated with this prize)

Additional Comments:

To enter, submit a funny, action-packed, unique video of a 30-second ad spot for Doritos tortilla chips to appear during Super Bowl XLVII. There are tools on the contest's website to help you. See rules for additional requirements.

The videos will be judged on the basis of Originality and Creativity (40%), Adherence to Creative Assignment (30%), and Overall Appeal (30%) to select five finalists. The finalists' entries will be put up for public vote to select the winner.
