Additional Comments:

To enter, submit an original "lite" baking recipe which is low in fat or calories. Recipe may be either savory or sweet and can be for a 1.5-qt, 2-qt, 2.5-qt or 3-qt dish or pan. You can include a photograph, but you don't have to. See rules for additional details.

Judges will select six finalists on the basis of Creativity/Originality and Practicality of Preparation. The finalist recipes will be prepared and served to a panel of cooking experts who will rate each on a scale of 1 - 10. The grand-prize winner will be the finalist with the highest score.
