Additional Comments:
To enter, submit an essay of 300 words or less describing a philanthropic community project that could be accomplished with a $25,000 grant, as well as a budget plan for how the money would be used. The winners will receive $5,000 to start and additional money as work is completed, up to $25,000. Judges will pick 10 finalists based on originality & creativity of essay (50% of the score), appropriateness of essay to theme (30% of score) and feasibility of bringing project to fruition as evidenced by budget (20% of score). Public vote will choose the winners from among the finalists.
