Entries will be open to public vote. The 20 entries that receive the most votes will be the finalists. A panel of judges will grade the 20 finalists on the basis of Originality & Creativity, Quality of submission, Relevance to the theme of the contest, and Public votes from the Initial Public Voting Phase to determine the winners.
