To enter, submit a Mediterranean-themed recipe in the category of appetizer/salad, main dish, or side dish. Entries must include two Star Fine products; see rules for more details.

Entries will be judged on the basis of flavor (30%), creativity (25%), appearance (25%), and ease of preparation (20%).
