1st Prize: A room makeover prize package to restore a child or teen's room entered in the contest, including expert design consultation and implementation by a Dutch Boy design panelist and recommendations for design elements to incorporate into the room, such as furnishings, fabrics, and materials to compliment the existing decor as well as Dutch Boy Crayolapaint. (ARV: $2,500)
Monthly Prizes (20 - 4 per month): Dutch Boy paint color recommendations, design elements to incorporate into the room, furnishing suggestions, fabrics and materials to compliment the decor as well as a sketch of the restored room, and the opportunity to be featured on www.restoremydecor.com. (ARV: $200)
Additional Comments:
Entries will be judged on the basis of opportunity for greatest room transformation (50%), unique architectural features of the room 20%), current decor items to use in the design (20%), and general condition of the room (10%).
