What Sweepstakes Prize Did You Win?
I had one foot over the edge of giving up when a package came in the mail, then another, and another. Two of them were purses that I sold on ebay for about 300 bucks. The other was a kids serving tray for mini snickers. Next was a Linnea Pelle leather bracelet. I won a bag from the Pittsburg Steelers, a 10 dollar Home Depot card, a Verizon phone I sold on ebay for 100 dollars. That might have been two months ago. And then, the greatest surprize...a 6 month lease on a VW of my choice. I believe there were more, but I have a short memory as many of you know. Well, I guess thats it for now. Splash714
Why Were You About to Give Up on Sweepstakes?
I wasn't winning. I was trying to learn twitter and facebook at the same time and threw my arms in the air several times. Still do that. Its getting easier, but I'm not giving up yet. Also, I deservedly was banned from this group for misusing how to get votes. I started realizing that I wasn't winning things and just went to cars, international trips, homes, and big cash prizes. That cut my time in half. But then I started winning again. But, you know the downside of all this is the influx of email. I like hotmail better, because after you delete, the next one is opened for you. On facebook, you have to open everyone. So, for all that, I was about to give up. Glad I didnt. Splash714
Lessons Learned
- Read vote request rules before posting, ask for advice before you make a mistake, and follow through on your sentences so your idea is complete...not left for anyone to guess what they though I was thinking.
- And, keep track of one entry sweepstakes. Some run a year, and you could be disqualified if you enter again.
