- Thanks for the tips about updating the browser and plug-ins. After a major computer crash due to clicking on a bogus update popup, I have been scared to click those update buttons! Maybe I'll stop ignoring them now and instead try to figure out if they are the real thing.

Firefox vs. IE
- #5 in the list has always been a big one for me. I've had bad luck with on-line forms and Internet Explorer 7. Changing to Firefox almost always does the trick.
